南疆传统技艺非遗多模态双语术语知识库建设及应用研究，是新疆工业学院2025年度"新青育苗计划"（科研启动项目）立项课题，项目编号2025XQYM066，执行期限为2025年9月至2027年9月。

The Construction and Applied Research of a Multimodal Bilingual Terminology Knowledge Base of Southern Xinjiang's Traditional Intangible Cultural Heritage is a research project funded by Xinjiang Polytechnic Institute under the "Xinqing Yumiao Plan" (Research Start-up Project), Project No. 2025XQYM066. The project is undertaken by the English Teaching and Research Section, School of General Education, with an implementation period from September 2025 to September 2027.

本项目聚焦南疆四地州国家级非遗传统技艺，针对当前非遗术语翻译中存在的"一名多译"、文化误读、多模态资源匮乏等问题，构建"汉-英"双语多模态术语知识库。项目整合文本、图像、音频、视频等多模态数据，系统收录维吾尔族卡拉库尔胎羔皮帽制作技艺、艾德莱斯绸织染技艺、木卡姆艺术等10项国家级非遗传统技艺的双语术语及工艺流程信息。

This project focuses on national-level intangible cultural heritage (ICH) traditional crafts in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang. Addressing problems such as inconsistent term translation, cultural misinterpretation, and the scarcity of multimodal resources in ICH terminology, the project builds a Chinese-English bilingual multimodal terminology knowledge base. It integrates multimodal data including text, images, audio, and video, systematically documenting the bilingual terminology and craft processes of 10 national-level ICH traditional crafts, such as Uyghur Karakul Lamb Fur Hat Making Skills, Atlas Silk Weaving and Dyeing Skills, and Muqam Art.

项目旨在实现非遗技艺的数字化活态传承，系统保存并展示南疆非遗信息，促进其国际传播，服务"一带一路"文化数字丝绸之路发展需求。

The project aims to achieve digital living transmission of ICH crafts, systematically preserve and present Southern Xinjiang's ICH information, promote its international dissemination, and serve the development needs of the "Belt and Road" Cultural Digital Silk Road.
